Configure-ably alter combat mechanics and regeneration to match prior Minecrafts, or custom gens, built for Minecraft Paper 1.16.5

Depends on Paper, ProtocolLib, CivModCore, CombatTagPlus.

Allows customization of stats for weapons, armor, tools, potions. Can also be used to disabled potions or enchantments. Allows configuration of max CPS, reach, and knockback.
