fix: correct two entries per community feedback
- Steamboat case (yannichaboyer): PSU type corrected from FlexATX to MeanWell LOP-300-12, moved to MeanWell LOP section - HP Server PSU v3 (Hrumque): replaced superseded entry with isaacalvex custom HP PSU case (Thingiverse thing:7262228) Fixes reported in r/BC250Gaming comments
