update the wip flatpak repo packages, move the appstream on the root of the project, and remove it from packages and now the package and ntuitka packages no longer copy the whole assets and data folder since it is on qt ressoures and betters scripts and fix a error in echo in clean sript for windows and update deps

Preparation for release
...
- update the image of the app and readme
- add new screenshot
- update workflow with new info,
- update the window installer for both nightly and stable, now the stable version is also a onlline installer,
- delete old note and way more
- remove dev channel for arch packages, a better way for developpement package will soon be added
- updatrd pyproject.toml
- removed unsused scripts
- new version of the packages helper script s for linux

- Refine Flatpak development notes in nightly.yml
- Adjust FreeBSD port categories in Makefile
- Change install script to require sudo for makesum
- Add contentInstaller to clean scripts for Qt UI resources
- Introduce distinfo file for FreeBSD port
